Most brokers avoid the deals that require real work. I built a practice around them. Since 2014 I've been closing transactions in California's most regulated industries — developing the kind of expertise that only comes from doing the work, not studying it.

I read lease agreements, balance sheets, and income statements. I understand what kills cannabis deals — CDTFA tax liability, DCC ownership approval timelines, local permit gaps, and the difference between a license that looks active and one that actually is.

My background spans real estate brokerage, business operations, and construction management. That combination — regulatory depth, financial literacy, and operational experience — is what I bring to transactions that need more than a standard broker.
